Reimagining Customer Loyalty: The App Design Journey for Equiva’s Reward Program

EQUIVA is a franchise company that sells equestrian accessories, riding apparel, stable and pasture supplies, and feed in brick-and-mortar stores and online.
Approach
Working closely with a small team at EQUIVA, we developed an app concept to strengthen customer loyalty. To develop the app, we worked closely with an external agency – already in the conception phase.
Project
After extensive market research, we first scribbled our ideas of the loyalty app on paper. After these ideation sessions we had a clear understanding about the scope and functionality of the app.
So the job was to create an extensive design system in Figma as basis to start creating the first screens. After some feedback rounds with the stakeholders, the concept became more and more concrete and we finalized the design. Afterwards, we handed over the concept to the development / project owner. We supported the project until the release and the first improvement rounds.
